Big Al, Big Al, What Do You See is a fantastic children’s book for The University of Alabama fans
of all ages. This unique book was created by children in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the home of the Crimson Tide SEC football team. This literacy project, an author study of Eric Carle, students modeled and created their own book about the traditions of a football game day with mascot Big Al.
This awesome book is colorful and creative. With many pages filled with adjectives describing a variety of people Big Al sees on a game day.
Teachers, parents, grandparents and students will enjoy reading and seeing the unique tissue paper collage illustrations. This fun book makes learning about the grid iron, pigskin, Nick Saban, Bear Bryant, The Million Dollar band, cheerleaders, ushers, and more an easy way to encourage proficient readers and super Alabama fans both young and old.
